The Cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and open plan living area. The woodburner is the focal point of the living room, with a contemporary central kitchen, fitted with an integrated fridge freezer, oven with hob. This leads onto a dining area, with seating for 4 people.

Off road parking located at beginning of lane, for 1 car.

Being dog lovers, the cottage is dog friendly and we allow 2 well behaved dogs, but not upstairs or on the sofa.

Heddfan comes with WIFI and the downstairs living space has a built in Bluetooth speaker system, wall mounted 32” smart tv & USB sockets.

Stairs leading to upstairs are steep due to age of the cottage, and consist of a double bedroom with views to front and a rear bedroom with original fireplace (not working) and 2 single beds. 

In addition we have a high chair and stair gate that we can setup by request if you are a travelling with an infant.

Outside we have a large decking area with seating area and a small stream running underneath, ideal for a few relaxing drinks on a sunny evening.
